Q1 – How can I see availability, price and make a reservation?
Availability, price and reservation of your apartment you can check via e-mail of the contact form from Reservations corresponding listing page, in which you have to give us a specific date of arrival and departure, number of guests (adults/children), name of the apartment, you can email us directly to apartmanivice@gmail.com or you can call us by the phone. We will respond within an hour to give you additional information and support.
Q2 – When is my reservation confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed at the moment you pay in advance payment of the amout of price of one night and deliver us a proof of payment, after that we will send you an e-mail of reservation confirmation. The amout should be deducted from the remaining amount of your accomodation.
Q3 – What types of payment for advance and accomodation are accepted?
Advance payment can be paid via bank transfer on the account which we will sent you in mail correspondence or Western Union. Remainig accomodation payment is only in paid by cash and should be paid on arrival day.
Q4 – What if I have to cancel my reservation?
If the reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before arrival, you will get a refund in the amount of 80% of the advance payment. If the reservation is cancelled between 59 and 0 days before arrival, there is no refund.
Q5 – What if I want to cancel my reservation because of the COVID-19 pandemic?
If travel is deemed safe, standard cancellation policy is applied. However, you will be able to postpone your reservation to a different date within 18 months. Price will remain the same (with exception of different seasonal prices). Reservations can’t be postponed if the arrival day is within 30 days of the request.
Q6 – What if the borders of the Republic of Croatia are closed for travellers?
If the borders are closed, you will get a full refund of your advance payment.
Q7 – What should I do before entering Croatia?
You should visit Enter Croatia on https://entercroatia.mup.hr/ and fill in the registration form.
Q8 – What kind of safety procedures (COVID-19) are active in Croatia?
Safety face masks are mandatory indoors. General safety precautions are advised, such as keeping distance, washing hands and avoiding large groups of people. You can check daily all the informations on https://www.koronavirus.hr/en and https://mup.gov.hr/en.
Q9 – What should I do when I arrive to my accommodation?
You are obliged to report to your host and make a payment of total amout and present your identification documents to your host. The host has to register you to the official Croatian Tourist Agency. To make it easy for everyone, prepare the identification and payment before arrival and immediately resolve your obligations.
Q10 –What is time to check in and check out?
Time for check in is as usual from 14:00am, unless otherwise agreed, and time from chek out is till 10:00am.
